Butter masala gravy - 
An authentic butter masala gravy should taste rich, creamy, slightly sweet, and full of flavour. It has a smooth texture, tang from tomatoes, and the flavour of cardamom and kasuri methi. 
That’s exactly the essence captured in our butter masala gravy, which can be made richer with butter and cream or lighter with just milk. 

Mangalore ghee roast - 
The first thing you’ll notice is the deep red colour from dry red chillies — it’s spicy but not sharp. Then comes a slight sourness from tamarind and curd, which balances the spice. And finally, the nutty, rich taste of ghee, we’ve added cashews for a restaurant-style richness. The masala should feel roasted and intense. It’s a thick curry that sticks to the meat or veg.
